2. Request Doctor’s Appointment:
Once you have contacted the patient coordinator regarding your inquiries and have planned to come for treatment at Vejthani Hospital, request an appointment to the coordinator by providing:
- A copy of your passport
- Your medical concern and your requested doctor (if you have any)
- Your preferred date and time
The coordinator will then make an appointment upon your request and send you a confirmation slip via email or through any of our official communication channels.
3. Complimentary Transportation Service:
For your convenience, we offer complimentary airport and hotel pick-up and drop off services. This applies when you would like to commute on your appointment dates from:
- Airport to Vejthani Hospital and vice versa
- Hotel to Vejthani Hospital and vice versa
To request a transportation service on the day of your doctor’s appointment, please notify the patient coordinator 24 – 48 hours in advance of the appointment date.
- For airport pick-up, please provide:
- Air ticket
- A copy of your passport
- Number of passengers
- For hotel pick-up, please provide your:
- Hotel name, address, telephone number, room number
- Number of Passengers
- Contact number in Thailand (if available)

Request an accommodation by informing the patient coordinator 48 hours in advance of arrival date by providing the following information:
- A copy of your passport
- Arrival date/time
- Types of room requested/number of rooms requested
5. After Arrival:
Once you have arrived at the hospital for your appointment for the first time, please contact International Customer Service on the second floor for patient registration. Kindly bring your original passport, previous medical reports and prescriptions (if have any) on your appointment date.
If you have insurance you would like to use for your medical expenses, please present the insurance policy to the patient coordinator during the registration.
You will then be taken to your appointed center for your doctor’s appointment and assisted by our patient coordinators throughout your entire medical treatment.
